Where we are

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parking is on-site and free; the suite is inside the building, not a separate freestanding clinic, so look for the shared entrance and Suite 401 on the directory.

What to say when you call

Tell us where it hurts, how long it has been going on, and whether anything in particular brought it on — an accident, a work injury, or a slow build with no clear start. If you already have imaging or a diagnosis from another provider, mention it; if you are currently on pain medication of any kind, say so plainly, because that changes how quickly we can get you in.

Clinical detail belongs on the phone, not in a web form. A form field cannot ask a follow-up question, and pain histories almost always need one.

If you are calling about a car accident or a work injury, say that up front too — those visits involve a different intake, because the documentation has to hold up for someone other than you and your physician. For attorneys.
